Bad sleeping position: a common classic
Who hasn’t slept with their arm folded under their pillow? The result when you wake up is that your hand is numb, as if it’s « dead. » This sensation is linked to temporary nerve compression that limits blood circulation. Fortunately, it disappears within a few minutes if you change position.
Helpful tip : Use an ergonomic pillow and avoid sleeping with your arm under your head.
